To be honest I cannot tell you exactly what this page is going to be about. I do know it will be about my desserts and my kitchen experiences in Hong Kong.
I hope to document ideas and inspirations from start to finish.
There are goals in mind of somehow opening some Hong Kong eyes to be more accepting of modern pastry.
I also have goals that by creating, documenting and exchanging my ideas this will help me and others be a better leaders, cooks, enthusiasts, and dreamers.
There will me many references made and explained. Some references read through western eyes will seem over- explained, or you will have no idea what I am talking about unless you visited, lived and or worked in Hong Kong, and vise versa if read through Hong Kong eyes.
So lets see where this leads us.
